Supreme Resources Ltd. is a Canadian junior exploration mining company; its shares are publicly traded on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol SPR.
Supreme Resources’ goal is to increase shareholder value by developing exploration projects that have the potential of becoming new discoveries.
Supreme Resources has commenced in August 2010 summer / fall work program, including core drilling on the TAS & Verde Projects located in the Copper Mountain Mining Camp, near Princeton, BC, Canada.
The Copper Mountain Mining Camp has excellent road access, an entire infrastructure in place for a 25,000 to 50,000 tpd open pit operation, including a water license and a 138 kilo volt power line.
Preproduction mining in the Copper Mountain Mining Camp is expected to start late in the second quarter of 2010, while construction of the processing facilities is on schedule for full production by June 2011 at the rate of 35,000 tpd.
Supreme’s TAS & Verde Projects border Copper Mountain Mining Corporation’s deposits containing a reported 908,000,000 tonnes grading 0.23-.0.31% Cu representing 5 billion lbs of copper. Copper Mountain’s Main Ore body, along with the deep-Titan 24 drill targets, trend into the TAS North Project.
The TAS North project is situated in close proximity to and bordering the Oriole deposit (~ 500 -750m) which contains 2,651,453 tonnes grading 0.44 % Cu.
The TAS projects contain 27 identified targeted anomalies.
Supreme’s previous exploration on the TAS Projects identified trenches at 10.0m grading 0.324% Cu and 3.64g/t Ag, and 7.0m grading 0.203% Cu and 2.17 g/t Ag.
The Verde property is bounded on the west and south by Copper Mountain Mining.
Past samples returned values of up to 0.49 % copper and 0.25 gram/tonne gold were reported on the Verde property.
There are several outcrops and visual occurrences of copper mineralization through out the property and the company intends to explore & drill these findings and ascertain their geological merits.
